FOUR ELEMENTS TEAM-BUILDING (Mindfulness Activity)
Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgemental in the service of self-understanding and wisdom (Kabat-Zinn).
This event is organized for teams that need to refocus and reenergize. It focuses on water, air, earth, and fire. Working with these elements has the power to bring balance. For you, it might mean getting rid of stress, worries, misunderstandings and replacing it with: mindfulness, laughter, and a feeling grounded. All of our venues are beautiful and spacious! You also have the option to meet us in the mountains in a very unique setting!
- We start with a relaxation round that will ease you back into the present moment. I will guide you in breathing exercises that will help keep you grounded, especially in stressful situations. You’ll lay on your mat and it will feel like a massage to your soul.
- We continue with a short and gentle yoga flow that shows you, that no matter how busy you are at work, there’s always time for a quick stretch. Most probably we will work on the neck, shoulders and back pain, which comes from prolonged sitting. I adjust each session to accommodate to your individual needs!
- Next, we do group activities that are designed for team-building for companies. I believe they will make you and your group laugh! Anyway, my goal is to make sure that nothing feels forced, odd, or commercial but rather natural and pleasant.
- Live Guitar Music and a little Surprise will finish the event.
The session will be adjusted to you and your team’s particular needs. If requested, add-ons like lunch/ dinner, etc. can be booked.
Cost is based on the venue, add-ons, and the number of participants.
HEALING PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private Classes are designed for individuals who seek an improvement and change in their life. It’s for people who have always felt intimated by group classes, have particular needs and are too busy to start practicing on their own.
These sessions teach you to live mindfully and in a way where you take responsibility and bring awareness and meaning to your life. On a deeper level, we cover various yoga and Buddhist tools to discover the truth about oneself and start living in a compassionate way. These sessions can be considered healing as they bring transparency and relaxation into people’s life.

GETAWAY AT AN ANIMAL SANCTUARY
El Hogar was the first Multi-Species Animal Sanctuary in Spain. It provides home and care for more than 300 rescued animals!
It’s located close to Tarragona but it’s being moved to the northern region of Spain near L’Esqirol, and the retreat will be hosted there.
